Shipping policy
Due to COVID restrictions, we currently cannot ship to Canada, China, or India. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ship to Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam. We can possibly arrange to ship to other countries on a case-by-case basis, but we can't guarantee that we can ship to your country. We send orders out within 24 hours of receiving them except on Sundays and Japanese national holidays. We ship from Japan using Yamato Kuroneko TA-Q-BIN service. Depending on unavoidable delays such as lockdowns, natural disasters, or inclement weather, the arrival time of your order may vary. In general, however, here is a rough estimate of the number of days it will take your order to arrive:
